With decades of experience across top kitchens in the UK, Europe and New Zealand, Chef Kevin brings his unique creativity to every dish. He’s the heart of Beaufort + Co – always experimenting, always improving, and always focused on flavour.
From intricate pastries to beautifully plated sharing boards, Kevin’s style is thoughtful yet approachable. He believes food should make you feel something – comfort, surprise, nostalgia, or joy – and that it should always be shared.
